There is a bug to be resolved by pedia press team as assigned by bugzilla team to you, it is waiting since a long time to be resolved.please resolve it as soon as possible

Actully collection extension was enables but there is a bug which is
assigned to pedipress at link -
https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=17766 , due to this our pdf
files are not being shown as it is, so please resolve this bug, after this
bug is resolved the collection extension will be enabled in hindi wiki by
mediawiki developers.

actually word of hindi in a pdf format is coming like this

means your collection exetension is not suppoting our fonts system
